EHS Training - Tools for Administrators

This web page allows authorized EHS administrators and departmental administrators to run reports or update the tables containing training rules, PIs, etc. To use these tools, you need an MIT Certificate the appropriate authorization for the selected tool. (Authorizations are defined in the Roles Database.)

• Display a report on training, showing individuals and their required training.

• Maintain members of Training Groups.

• Display the rules for training requirements (from production area).

• View and/or update PIs and Supervisors.

• Look up a person - to find their Kerberos username and MIT ID number

• View people's EHS-related roles by department (from the Roles Database).

• Run an exception report
  • Kerberos usernames marked for deletion who are still referenced by EHS-related tables.
  • Users without a valid MIT ID number who have registered with the training needs assessment.
  • Recent completed or uncompleted courses for Lincoln Lab administrators. Also works for other DLCs.
  • Run a report on trainees with inactive DLC/PIs

• Input or upload past records on completed courses
  • View report on posted past training records
  • Upload past training records from a file
  • To correct mistakes, delete completed course records (for specially-authorized EHS Office administrators)

• Run the new DLC/PI exceptions report showing discrepancies between self-reported DLCs and self-reported PIs

• Run the DLC Assessment report - uses SAP inspection data.

• Read the answer to a frequently-asked question: Why do some Kerberos usernames on EHSWEB begin with a dollar sign?.

• Report on past (archived) EHS Training data for individuals.
